People may say this a lot but hire more people! There are many talented levellers, ganiers, artists, and although there aren't many scripters around maybe someone could take time off and teach someone with basic knowledge!

Easier said than done.
I wish there was an abundance of developers for graal that were available. However, that is not the case. We are teaching some of the current staff that we have already to do some of these jobs. Hopefully in the future that will change.
