They don't need to spar against their second account..
Get 24 hours on a few new accounts and ask friends to give you free wins, they don't need to pause or to log off just to spar badly. And if he already knows about how the RC tracks boosters, he will avoid that.
You could add every GP and start to boost when no one is online. You can't really stop boosting.
