People may say this a lot but hire more people! There are many talented levellers, ganiers, artists, and although there aren't many scripters around maybe someone could take time off and teach someone with basic knowledge!

I know I'm a bit late to the party, but "aren't many" is an understatement with scripters, and for the work of ANY of the other staff members to have ANY value whatsoever, you need scripters. Ganis? They need to be scripted into weapons and items. Levels? Not as much, but events need to be scripted, as well as interactions with certain things, such as the ship repair. Artists? Well, a great deal of what they make goes into the ganis for guns/swords/dances/etc, which again, have to be scripted.
Not only that, but consider the fact that Graal uses its own language, which although similar to other languages in aspect, still includes numerous things that can take a great deal of time to learn.
Not only that, but consider how many programmers there are in the world. Then how many of those program video games. That's not a big number. Now consider how many are likely in the Graal community, which already has a minuscule playerbase in comparison to most mmo's.
While I like your idea, I feel like people definitely expect it to happen much faster than it would in reality, even if they think they're being reasonable about the amount of time.
No insult intended, just laying my honest opinion out there.
