Wtf? U guys serious? .... Lol it was on the newspaper if u guys read u would know. A man suggested a few ideas to multiple countrys in Europe to help the economy and change the way we live. After waiting a while he recieved no replys at all. He got mad so he tried to implement his ideas in society on his own.... Total whackjob lol. Fortunately he was caught after impersonating a government official and when they found out who he was (the crazy guy who sent letters to governments) they sent him to Russia.
