A lot of questions introduced, very little to no answers. Obviously there is something in the water killing them. The problem is, it can't(or shouldn't) be a disease. The zombie outbreak is already considered a plague, to throw in another one via food/water seems unlikely. Tainted water, poison? I dunno. A lot of shady-looking characters. I feel like they wasted a lot of show time with that woman... and it amounted to NO story development. I was expected she'd lead Rick to a trap, or was a cannibal or something... but no, just another morality tug for Rick and half the episode.

As for the Governor, he's "gone." He disappeared last season and apparently they're teasing at the idea that he may show up whenever he feels like it. There's a reason last seasons finale got a lot of criticism.
