Your ipod shouldnt even be jailbroken in the first place. If someone was capable of checking all the apps you downloaded illegal, you will be in deep ****. Thats pretty much saying that you have the cracked version of graal.

Jailbreaking is legal. There are just certain apps being illegal to use, just like these "Free-App-Downloaders". Itīs up to the user if it will be used for illegal stuff or for legal stuff. Also having a cracked version of Graal doesnīt work anymore since about 1.5 years.
