I'm not a level expert, but here is what I think.
I like...- They way you have used the shadowed tiles to shade the floor to light effects. It's a nice little touch.
- You have tiled the floor nicely and it looks like you took your time with it
I don't like...- The back wall doesn't do your level any justice and stands out too much.
- The random NPC sitying on the vhair is really weird. Not effort has gone into customizing the NPC to look more "Era-ish"
- The plant pot is just lying by its self on the ground. Doesn't look right.
Good try. Keep trying with it. I don't think Era's tileset is the easiest to master.

I like...- The way you have detailed the back of the level on the grassy area. Looks well done.
- The building is nicely set out. Doesn't look like it doesn't belong.
I don't like...- There should be a little more to the level than just grass and flowers. Maybe add a larger parking area and some NPC's. A fire hydrant and a store sign. Just play around with it.
