Yes there is many emulators, however on PC they will be a tad bit slower because they were not made for the frame rate the Ds games hold. If you use most emulators on mobile the best in John Gba for gen.3 games and for newer like ds emulators, use something mote powerful. (Do NOT use nexus for emulators, this is a bit slower for emulators than normal.)
