That was the studio when they still had Jason West and Vincent Zampella, but after that last game they made quick scoping wasn't how it was used to. CoD Ghosts will not have quick scoping. It is tweaked to the extent that it will not be the same as previous titles.

MW3 was made by the same studio(replacement studio) I believe, and brought quickscoping back full-force.
