It's all good, just checked it all out. To make it cost less, instead of going for windows 7 I'd rather just save money when you can and go with Ubuntu. If you don't have the time to wait and check out the free os then you can just go ahead and buy the Windows 7. This is just me but you can really go find a better case. It seems small to my eyes.

Your ram is a bit overkill, 8 GB is already more than enough on a gaming computer, the only time you really need more RAM is if you're running a server or something. 16 GB isn't really necessary IMO, you won't see any real improvement in performance over 8 GB unless you have like 80 tabs of google chrome open at once or something. You could probably even get away with 4 GB of ram, but 8 GB is pretty safe and future proof in my opinion.
