Ec uploads aren't very common...

It is possible that you just have terrible luck and never stay on long enough for an admin to announce.

But when you do get one. There's a Facebook button on the game menu.

Sign in and you'll see that you have the option to upload a screenshot.

That's all you'll need to do.

You just need to be around when a Ec upload is in progress.
