50? Make it something like 40. I think something like 50 would bog down the server.

Itīs actually no difference (not sure but I think so), if you got 100 people at one location (Graal City) or if you got 4 Guild houses with 25 Players in one level or if you got 2 Guild Houses with 50 players in one level each.
