So your saying because they quit and haven't played at all in 2-3 months we should just let the guild sit there until the admins clean out the inactive guilds again? I realize to that there are times when guild leads go inactive but not by choice. Either because of personal issues or maybe because they got banned But I think they still get the opportunity to transfer leadership either way they have plenty of time to do something with the guild if they choose. If you think about it unless there is a guild with a good amount of dedicated and loyal leads if and when the guild leader or owner goes away the guild will usually die and everybody will leave the guild anyways.
I never stated I wanted to buy or take anybodies guild there for I'm not trying to "do this to benefit myself" in anyway. I own my own guild and have several tags in others, But I know this sort of thing happens and there are many players (yes mostly hat chasers) who would jump at the chance to take control of a guild that all ready has tower time on it.
They could even give players the option to sell their guilds for profit if they chose to. you could make a "used" guild market for it by either putting a set sale price based on a set value determining the worth of the guild according to its stats or "hours" with guilds having higher hours being worth the most. or by an ebay style auction where you could bid on the used guilds over a set period of time say 24 hours. Could you imagine guild leaders getting there guilds to like 500 hours then turning around and selling the guild for like 50k or something?

Yeah I'm sure players would love their leaders selling their guilds for money, then getting kicked and replaced by the new owner's friends.
