How to make fancy backgrounds for your status:
Make a picture of 1x2 pixels. Color the pictures to the colors that you like. For example like the ferio background. Pink on top and light pink on the bottom.
If you want rainbow effects you can just make it 1x20 pixels or bigger.
EXAMPLE PICTURES:

How to upload picture with transparency to your guild:
If you have a picture with transparecy just go on to the facebook client and upload your picture from there.

How to upload gif images to your guild
The same way as how you upload a picture with transparency.

To put your guild picture as your status background put this in your status:
<body background=profilelogo_yourguildname.jpeg>
