Hey.
Just wondering about this - it seems as though there is some kind of ownership effect in place over the pyrat eyepatches... when the pyrat gets killed, I am curious as to what the rules are...
So far my guess is
1.) Any eyepatch that falls initially belongs to the person who did the most damage to the pyrat it belonged to.
2.) If that player leaves the area/dies for a long period of time (20 seconds?) the eyepatch is up for grabs to anyone without 75 patches.
3.) If a player hits the pyrat first (or last) it makes no difference in who the eyepatch may be picked up by.
I want to know specifically... just out of curiosity... how it works. Might help me to calm down a bit when I am constantly having them stolen.

That seems seems about right to me. Yeah going solo does increase the chances of them getting stolen. I go in with a couple guild members and we all take over a spot and kill whoever come into our area.
But is it just me, because it seemed like last night I couldn't kill anyone during the mission?
