Here are the stuff that we CANNOT do:

Don't make stupid decisions without any players decision // We usually ask players, but it's just for opinion, their response is basically void.
Get rid all those aren't needed // Everybody is needed, but some are not doing a good job
Hire more active Developers // Graal's developer-base is getting lower due to the lack of help/documentation of Gs2. Especially when Gs3 is coming out.
Be specific // Don't know what you mean by this
Don't make quests so hard // Hard Quests = More Time, and Time is Money, so Hard Questions = More Money. (I think quests are fine)
Make jobs easy to get money // Then there would be no use of having gralat pack purchases.
Don't be lazy //
