It does not give me any error message or even WHY it can't connect it just shows the loading picture. Every other app works on my internet i can load videos safari etc. PLEASE help me fix this so i can connect again

also i have already tried rebooting, deleting era and redownloading it to see if that fixed it

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP does anyone know that is even causing this?
