Most internet businesses provide things for free and make a nice profit. Most internet businesses act professional and don't scam, threaten and ban children for criticizing them either, and those that do don't last very long. I have never had a problem with Graal charging money, many games do. My problem lies with the consistent unprofessional and sometimes criminal behavior of the head people and some of the staff.
