Like people said above. Just because someone was fired and is acting badly towards the server, doesn't mean it's 100% about being fired. That is just their opinion of the game as well as the people working on it.

And DarkKnight, if you've been warned for a case several times, the jail time is automatically raised.

Maybe if you actually shared your guys' point of view without being total "you know whats" and swearing at people, you probably wouldn't get punished for it. This is a 8+ game, you have little kids playing it, reading forums, etc.
