I feel like too often people feel like Zone is that dead server going no where, and it really isn't. I am still hearing people talk about zone not being able to maintain a player count of above 200. And honestly people who say that are horribly misinformed. To clear that up I'd just like to share a bit of info about how zone is doing. This is also to clear up a few rumors that I've heard going around about the staff team and server in general.
As of when I took this screenshot at 8:35 MST on a Saturday, please note that this is not our peak time, which is usually around noon EST. Zone has about 450 players. Far above what I typically hear players talk about.

Our current player-count
record is 476 as of January 24th at 9:46 PM MST. So we are very close to nearing to the 500 point. At this rate I believe we will be able to hit 1000 players as an average by the end of 2014.
It also seems lots of players have been complaining about staff power abuse, I'll keep this simple and say no, there is no such thing. Every staff who has been abusing their tools has been dealt with at some point. And many staff who have been accused of it have been doing just what they should be, and the problem is that certain players just don't like it. However if you do ever have a problem with staff abuse the proper way to deal with it is to get a screenshot or some form of evidence and send it in to
[email protected]
Posting complaints on facebook or the forums will get nothing solved and will only stir up drama. Such has been proven by past incidences
And finally, no Zone is not becoming a second iEra. I thought that this talk was done with but after checking the in-game forums it seems like people still think that the server is headed in that direction. The expanded walk ways in no way equate to the server wanting to take an iEra approach, they were added so that any vehicles added will be usable. Things like the bike really could not use such small walkways, there for they were widened and stylized as roads so that they would look better.
If you read this, thank you and have a nice day.
