I really don't understand why no one on Graal creates their own content anymore, and instead continues to rehash and abuse the material of original servers that others worked hard on.

It's like this iDelteria mess. Really? What connections are there to Delteria? One or two distant staff members?

Anyway, if anyone is curious, this guy has, for years, pretended to be other people on PC Graal (damaging their reputation and his own), and has even gone as far as to make little Graal gossip sites where he spreads personal information (that's publicly available anyway) about players and types huge rage paragraphs over them.
