photon is not slow. Learn the tap fire on it and it boosts the ROF to that of a streamer. Its hard as hell to do though.

im talking statistics wise, what your doing is just getting good with a gun. Keep in mind, guns in a lower teir can beat weapons in a higher teir. Happens a lot. But theres no debating that the green rifle is much more forgiving than the photon.
