Hourou Musuoko seems alright so far, I've only seen 2 episodes but the storyline is heartwarming. It's about two (or three????? maybe four??? i donT kno W) canonically transgender characters (although in the first few episodes I guess it's acceptable to describe them as boy who wants to be a girl and girl who wants to be a boy) struggling with gender dysphoria and body image as they go through puberty. The art and animation isn't flawless, and if you struggle following anime series generally a show where 3-4 of the characters appear to change between male and female sporadically may not be for you, but otherwise I highly recommend it.
