Episode 14 or 15 can't remember off the top of my head but it is a good explanation and yes those cliche sentai episodes are important for the plot

do the "power rangers" go away and the show goes back to normal or does it stay like it is?
History's strongest disciple is a great manga but the anime isnt too bad! i urge you all to at least try the manga if you don't like the anime because of the great story and amazing character development.
