Since you're comparing Graal with games which are world-wide known..
Era atleast has no guns purchase-able with real money only. You don't need to pay to "win", you don't even need some "OP Gun" to win. Most of the players complaining about p2w are usually just too lazy to get Gralats without buying some. I clearly don't see any 'real p2w' on the game.

TL;DR: Want a gun? Work for it.
