One in York has all player made hats, but just haven't been updated in ages.

I really wish there was some kind of monthly contest kinda thing where players submit hats to a theme or something and the one most sold wins. It would be something to do and it would give players the hats they love so much. Like, the contest is announced at the beginning of the month and the deadline is like 20 days, and as they are submitting them they get added to the shop. Idk this could cause some like bad hats to be added but it can always be fixed
