^this. I know you can submit hats. I think if they choose to use it you get the hat for free and the amount of gralats they will sell it for. And Furry runs contests on graalians once in awhile for player created stuff like new pets. Idk if you can submit other things but I wouldn't see why you couldn't.

I can see where some might rather submit there hat to 1k guilds so it becomes a rarer hat,but I can also see other ppl making hats and submitting them regularly just to generate more revenue for themselves in game.
