ya, I don't need any motivation to keep sparring because I enjoy doing it, but I know it'd encourage other people to do it
everyone who PKs or spars sets personal goals and stuff like that for themselves, and I don't even care about hats but it's nice to have some symbolism of the achievement
IDK, just feels like more people would be interested in playing these parts of the game when you add achievements to them

If I was in a position of power I would just host a monthly 1v1 tourney for the top ~25-30 sparrers.

same, first thing I'd do is restructure the spar leaderboard, then add spar/PK hats, then probably organize a singles tournament and some sort of week-long PK tournament where the player with the most kills in that time period gets some kind of prize
