Damn National Shinkai day, I re-watched 5 Centimeter Per Second and that end song always gets me in the feels.



This is the better version as it actually shows how the song played out in the end of the movie, making me shed tears, but it has some spoilers so it's better to watch the movie to actually experience it better.
