Does anybody not want Pashmina or Lobo in their town? They recently left from mine and I would like them back.

You have to cycle through (15 or 16?) villagers in order to get them back from what I've heard. I have so many villagers I want back. I'm afraid to check my game and see if Walt left. He's my favorite.
