which one you talking about? OPs version is 5 people come together, make a big gun, then unleash OP havoc (frankly this makes sense since 5 people is a lot of cooperation). Or are you thinking of my version of this where it is an artillery cannon that does massive damage and can one hit kill.
Also I did think about a way to incorporate the 5 people thing. My proposal is we use my set up, the fixed artillery guns around the map that can be operated by one person. Now this is where the other people come in. You can buy 5 parts that boost the effectiveness of the howitzer.
1 Flare gun: Once one of these are shot, it will pop up on the gunners map as a target to open fire on. These would work like grenade launchers but you can select where you shoot them. You can call in 2 types of artillery, Normal and Chemical.
2: Chemical Strike: With this you can ask for a chemical artillery strike. The Chemical weaponry is ONLY allowed to the gunner if another person uses one of these. The chemicals affect EVERYONE (including teammates) The gas deals huge damage by slowing, confusing, and damaging people. The chemical strike flares only last for 45 seconds and the gunner is allowed 15 chemical explosions. Chemicals take 5 seconds to spread to the maximum range and only one hit kill if the shell lands on some unfortunate player, does not do splash damage. These recharge once every 120 seconds.
3 Radio: This opens up a channel that you can directly chat with the gunner in another chat room (NOT PMS AND NOT IN THAT USUAL SPOT WHERE PMS ARE). Each cannon have their own chat channel (gun 1=chat room 1 etc). You may ONLY chat with gunners in your squad in that channel and it will only show up to the radio user and the gunner.
4 Espionage device: This device allows other people who are in those bases you can go inside to hack into the chat channel that the gunner and radio user are on. This ONLY works inside of those bases you can go into and the chat is sent directly to you like you were in the chat room. Channels that are being hacked have no clue if an act of espionage is going on.
5: request armor support. This is a device like a watch that brings up a map. On this map its the same map as a gunners map, BUT they can not see every ones movement like the gunner can. You select where you want the armor. Then the info is sent directly to the gunner. They proceed to launch a flare. Armor appears there 15 seconds after the flares are landed. Now you can run up to the armor and activate them. To do this, you just grab the armor you called in. They will proceed to follow you like pets. If the user dies then the armor stops where they are and may not move until the player grabs them. Note: once you activate a tank, its PERMANATLY ON. It can not shut down. These regenerate 60 seconds after the last tank alive is destroyed.
