Subs, as I can experience the voices as they were originally designed and intended to be portrayed. However, I'm reaching higher on the CEFRL scale (gauges ability/expertise in a language) and am trying to watch anime raw now. Though I don't understand a considerable amount of it, I get the gist of what they're saying through extrapolation and what not. Helps me learn conversational and more regional dialect. I only do this on shows I've already watched so I don't miss out on anything important.
