No, staff is still allowed to spar, as it is actually harder for staff to spar. Cloyd and kane just aren't on much anymore. Duke, at one point, was very good, but before he was recently banned he kinda degraded and became not that great.

You misunderstand
I mean the controls for them are different. Like in classic, you're not allowed to spar pc to iPhone or whatever during some cases because its like a whole different way of doin it. Now saying its easier. But skill should be determined by two people with the same weapons and controls going at it in my opinion
