U-turn Greninja works great for a lead, even with full investment into SpA and none into Atk. Greninja forces a lot of switches, and once they switch when you U-turn you open up a free matchup of whatever you'd like. Usually love these opportunities for setting up DD, SD, CM, Nasty Plot or whatever. I'd suggest full SpA, full Spe with either Timid or Modest, and then three good Special moves like Ice Beam, Dark Pulse, Surf, Extrasensory, whatever you need + U-turn. Or if you don't really like the U-turn (I never did) you can have a fourth coverage slot which gives great coverage. Water Shuriken is pretty meh since Greninja is already extremely fast and is more suited for Special sets.

Oh and if you want a hard counter to Mawile, Infernape can tank its Sucker Punch easily and KO back with Flare Blitz or Fire Blast. Infernape is really strong against a lot of top-usage threats, I don't know why he's not being used too much.

Scolipede works really really well as a Baton Pass lead. Just set up a Sub, Swords Dance, then pass it on to someone who wrecks **** after an SD like Haxorus, Bisharp or Hawlucha.
