I've always had this idea.

Buy a fake plastic hand, glue, and a sowing machine.

I'd take the fake hand, cute the skin off my finger, glue the skin to the pointer finger of the fake hand. Then I'd jimmy rig the sowing machine to hold the hand, and have a slower rate of speed. Then place my iPad under the pointer finger and mine for 3 weeks straight.

Profit.
