For houses, can I suggest a sort of 'decorative mode' where the buttons like the chat and menu or even sometimes the furniture options aren't in the way of rearranging? Instead of the buttons to rotate and edit, the furniture piece can be double tapped to be rotated, triple tapped to rotate and single tapped to drag and hold to duplicate. Much easier and gets rid of the annoying buttons.
