I'm not trying to start this arguement again,but rarity is a freaking joke in classic. How many hats have we seen updated and sold or resold in the last year? Or even the return of a good chunk of the rps hats that hadn'[t been around and where starting to become rarer? They have even remade and resold mounts recently as well. Don't forget about them over using hats as event rewards. There should be more than enough to keep event hats circulated and not handing out more than like a dozen of the same hat.
