Scarf Staraptor is for chumps. Band is where it's at. Fast Brave Birds go to Talonflame, that's why they work so well together. Staraptor's just there for power.

That's true. Staraptor outsped most of my friend's Pokemon anyways. What do you think is better? I have a Lv. 100 Jolly Dragonite w/Outrage, Fire Punch, Dragon Dance, and Earthquake. Do you think I should aim for another one with the same credentials, but instead with Extreme Speed and remove Earthquake or one with Extreme Speed and remove Fire Punch or just keep what I have?
EDIT: Also, what does Drizzle do again exactly? Remove Fire type weaknesses on Pokemon and increase Water Attacks base power?
