I'd enter if I didn't have to GS for hours to get into top 32 or whatever. It is hard enough as it is to get members on for GST so getting them on just to spar make it in top 32 is tiring.
Anyways, back to topic.

There are
64 iDev teams, plus 32 mixed teams. Thats 96 teams participating; Factor in the fact that ~1/3 of guilds on the scoreboard are a) practice guilds or b) noob guilds / guilds not participating; So really, dont worry if you arent on the top 100 board. Id say ~100pts or more below #100 is even ok.
