Just going to say I'm not a fan of waiting so long to spar (usually in main spar room) because the queues get packed up later on int he day, and when I go to Quick Spar room I wait like 5minutes just to spar a negative rate sparrer who probably afk's alot. I'm sorry I am not prepared to wait x2 the time for the exact same thing just for a Hat. However if we implemented a spar queue which has been asked for many times maybe I won't have to wait 5mins just to spar someone with like 20 wins and 300 losses (just an example not accurate)
