one of the first "this series has no central plot whatsoever until the very end" anime ive seen. back then, that type of anime didnt bore me as easily as they do now, so i enjoyed the whole thing. Although, the last handful of episodes were so good, they saved the series from being given major points deduction.

And yes, Naruto is very much a chore to watch. but every thursday, i still watch it every week. Just something im determined to finish. When its good, its really good; when its filler, its a drag, but i wait patiently.
