I do belive though that dub's are getting slowly but surely better. The last bad dub ive seen was the Date A Live dub but at least it was on a very average show

They are, Anime is slowly becoming bigger in the west. I wouldn't be surprised within this decade we'll start seeing amazing dub work (like Black Lagoon for example) become the status quo.
I will keep promoting Black Lagoon until I die.
