Hi Lightning!

The GP hiring process is not usually dependent on prior experience, but it certainly does help. Each server has its own set of qualifications for hiring GPs, so I couldn't really tell you how the process works for iClassic. I do know that, as a general rule, being prompt with replies and having a lot of patience is a plus.
