I think if you're seriously going to get really upset over someone taking your custom you made (most people just edit customs anyway?...) then you shouldn't upload it to a game where you KNOW people can download and use your customs.
And like fp4 said, removing the Cache files option for Graal is a horrible idea, not just because it'd be like re-downloading the game every time you play. But not everyone uses it to steal graphics...
