Rumor has it Bosh was offered close to a max contract by Houston, and since Miami got their hands on a good supporting cast and have Wade pretty much secured, both teams could see success if he does go to Houston. Hard to see LeBron going anywhere but Miami, Wade has just as much time left at his ability as James does, and Miami landed Napier who was exactly who LeBron wanted. Cleveland isn't ready for a championship yet, so they won't be able to provide what he wants aside from money, which he's drowning in anyway. Whatever Riley talked to him about, I'm sure he mentioned the fact that Miami's been to the championships four times with him which his other prospective teams can't, except maybe the Mavericks. Doubt he's gonna join a team that's just building up raw talent like Cleveland.
Wherever Melo goes, though, might influence a lot of other decisions. If he goes with the Bulls, it could make the East a lot bigger challenge for LeBron. The Bulls would be such a dominant contender to win it all.
