The thing is it's not reliably able to be reproduced, meaning there is some unknown factor coming into play. For example, people say reinstalling Classic fixes it and then it eventually returns.

When it's being reported on iOS and such that's a good thing. The iDevices aren't diverse in hardware like Android/PCs. That means it should be able to be narrowed down on whether it's a hardware issue or not.

But I have an iPad2, and I've seen plenty of people report that it happens on their iPad2... and I can't reproduce it. Considering it's such a very specific issue that occurs somewhat randomly in very quick bursts makes it difficult for me to narrow down when I can't personally experience it and try to narrow it down.
