Nice, It's a great idea. maybe you should have to have a limit of how long you've been a guild like like you have to have been in the guild a month or so to participate in the war and the guild has to have been created for at least a month.

Because there is a limit on how many people you can add to your roster, it wouldn't be much of a problem. This isn't towers where the paths are only a player wide and players can block and sword spam. With more noobs comes more deaths which means faster victory, so if guild leaders want to mass noob recruit let them.
