So you're saying I can play Graal quite finely with a 56kbps(speed of my old internet) connection? I'd appreciate you further explaining such a concept to me.

You used to be able to fairly well, considering Graal was made in the era of dial-up
As someone with crappy internet... ya you can play Graal pretty well. Why? Because ping is not dependent on your connection speed, but line quality. However, a bad connection can be because of bad service/quality, and thus you'll probably end up with a bad ping.
For a very long time I had an 8ms ping and a .75kbps/1.5mbps connection. I gamed pretty well online quite a bit, but once my download and upload started getting maxed out it would bottleneck my connection and thus, my ping would get really bad. As long as your DL/UL aren't bottlenecking your connection it'd be fine.
This is probably not something a normal gamer/user would really bother with knowing though.
