The only places the chat bubble was removed from is MoD Fort, Sardons, and maybe 1-2 other towers... (And I dont know why this was done anyway). So why not just add the chat bubble back everywhere and call it problem solved?

I would be ok not having the typewriter if all the chat bubbles were brought back
