Alright so I'm bored and I have no doubt that a fair bit of you people are getting annoyed with all of my constant bitching and ranting SO, I've decided that I shall instead make a list of everything I think is ****ing ******ed in iZone and will add suggestions to make it better (if applicable). This will instead give ya'll a break from me showing up in all of your threads and bashing everything and will instead just leave it here for a bit until I get bored again.. We all good? Yeah? Good. Now, I know some of you will oppose a couple or most of my suggestions while agreeing with others. I also know that there will be a few certain individuals that will want to oppose and disagree with everything I post (though I won't point any fingers)

Anyways, on with this list.
Pets
Now, I honestly don't understand the purpose of these things at all. Some just absolutely don't mix at all and those would be the GK sprites. All they do is provide clutter and act as a nuisance (especially when people feel like making a long line of around 9 or robots). Since they serve no purpose other than to annoy, why have them? They make Zone less of a war zone and more of social game full of clutter.
Wat do:
Remove them. If you must, then refund 1/4 of the price. No sense in having clutter and wasting both time+energy on something as useless as these when it can be put towards something with a purpose.
Jobs
Granted, I know money can be bought with Mommy's credit card and all that jazz, but I still think jobs are fairly unnecessary. Sure they can help people along with gaining better weapons and such if they don't (or can't) afford to buy money, but that's tough luck for them.
My suggestion?
Killing gives money. If it already does, then increase the base amount by a small portion. Let players give a good amount of money per kill. I'm not sure if the bounty system is set up or working, but allow players that stay alive and gain kills while on a streak accumulate bounty. As it goes higher the player will be worth more money to kill. It'll give an incentive to get their lazy asses out of OSL and into the battlefield. Don't give the excuse of "well what if players just want to relax?" You're a very bad person

Zone is set in a post apocalyptic future where wars are constant. You need to be on your feet killing to survive, not talking to your eGF or eBF ;)))))).
Trade Tables
These god awful abominations are basically cancer to Zone and do nothing but bring other-wise toxic players onto the server. Something like this is horrendous. Zone shouldn't be about trading and making a living with jobs. Zone should be about killing everyone who opposes you. You earn (or buy with a credit card) your living.
What can be done?
Delete the entire center of trade tables and remove the code from the server. Afterwards you should probably do a sweep to see if any anthrax-coated players are still around and remove in accordance with GHSSC. Thank you for your patience and understanding while this thread is removed.
No but seriously, these shouldn't even exist. Trading on Zone in general shouldn't exist. Everything you own is what you earned. Where is this sense of accomplishment now? All you need to do is buy some money and then BAM, you can have everything in the serve with only a few presses of your finger and a good $750 CAD wasted.
Gun Diversity
Now sure, Zone may have a fair bit of weapons that fall some wheres within their price range, but within each range, each gun is damn-near the same. Most differences are only around a .1 - .2 change in speed or a .07 degree increase in variation. This is bland and boring. Then we have melee weapons which swing way too fast and are pretty much all the same thing with some differences in damage. Isn't that exciting?!
You should:
Add diversity. Make some guns have high spread and low damage while others fire multiple bullets. Make some act almost like a shotgun with lose or tight spread. Be creative; something different and unique. Have guns actually have a reason to be used when it's outside of the god-tier gun. Give a niche god dammit.
As for melee weapons they should be toned down in speed while given some kind of unique ability depending on the item. Let's take something like the lightsabre for example. It does a good amount of damage and can deflect bullets. However it swings at the speed equivalent to a hobo on bath salts trying to eat your face because he thinks you're a pork sausage. This isn't good. Reflection is nice. It's unique and it allows you an advantage. However, you move the same speed as everyone else and deal insane damage. Change things around and give a reason for other melee weapons to be used.
Now something like the riot shield (Or whatever the hell it's called) on the otherhand. It blocks a lot of damage, but outside of that it's pretty well useless. It should either boost speed to allow you to cover better distance, or slow you down a bit while having an attack added. Just something. Make **** unique and viable to all wealth classes.
Squads
Possibly the most ass-backwards idea of Zone. Good in theory this could have actually been a nice improvement to Zone. Some planets could have been an all-out PK fest with squads all competing against each other for nothing other than kills, money and more blood shed. However, the tradition just /had/ to be followed when it comes to an iOS guild and the idea of it being an actual improvement became an abhorrent nightmare when things such as "time" and rewards were given for guilds that accumulate so much "time." Nearly everything is centered around squads now, which is defeating the whole purpose of a lot of Zone's recycled maps.
What do?
Remove the time tracking aspect of guilds. Instead, have it track the total amount of kills the entire group has wracked up per planet or something. Remove rewards and time for the guilds. Revert all planets that allow squads to accumulate time back into the original concept. Two (Some times up to 4 depending on the map) teams competing against each other for the objective. You're forced with the tag of that team and you're unable to change. If you leave the planet then you're stuck with it when you come back until a game ends. Too much **** is focused on small squad-based battles and that just isn't Zone. That's Era's niche. Have these team games award gralats if you /must/ give an incentive.
TL;DR: Remove squads or the notion of time = rewards and instead have planets that have 2-4 static teams that cannot be swapped until the game ends.

I'll most likely add more to this as I think about it. Some things I haven't added like player houses and such because they're not that big of a deal.
